Your trusted spot for clean clothes, outstanding service, and peace of mind. Before you drop off a load or book a pickup, here is everything you should know about how we care for your laundry and what we ask of you too.
1. What We Do or Offer
a. Self-service washers and dryers.
b. Wash-and-fold drop-off.
c. Dry-cleaning drop-off (at select stores).
d. Pickup & delivery (in select areas).
Our service lineup may change over time, but we always aim to provide our customers the best possible laundry experience.
2. Customers’ Responsibilities
a. For self-service, please do not leave clothes unattended. Also, please empty all pockets and check machines for any damage or objects left behind by previous users before putting your clothes in for laundry.
b. For Wash, Dry & Fold, please empty all pockets — no pens, gum, jewelry, or any other items. We’re not liable for damage caused by what’s left inside. Let us know about any delicate fabrics or special-care items.
c. Don't include hazardous, flammable, or contaminated items.
d. Supervise children in-store and follow posted safety signs.
3. Damage & Liability
We treat your laundry with care, but commercial laundering does carry some risks. Our liability for any damaged or lost item for Wash, Dry & Fold only is limited to an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred.
4. We're not responsible for
a. Loss of unattended clothes, customer property or damage to clothes for self-service customers.
b. Items damaged by left-in-pocket objects.
c. Normal wear and tears like shrinkage, fading, or fabric thinning.
d. Items sent without proper care instructions.
5. Lost or Unclaimed Items
a. Missing something? Report it within 48 hours of receiving your order.
b. We hold forgotten laundry for one week—after that, it may be donated or discarded.
6. Payments & Refunds
a. Payment is required at the time of service or delivery.
b. Prices vary by item type or service level and can be changed at any time.
c. Refunds or credits are offered at our discretion in case of confirmed service issues.
7. Pickup & Delivery
a. Please be available during your scheduled window or approve contactless drop-off.
b. Missed pickups/deliveries may incur a rescheduling fee.
c. We’re not responsible for loss or damage after delivery for contactless drop-off.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect basic personal info to process your order and keep you updated. Your data is securely stored and never sold. Visit our Privacy Policy to learn more.
9. Prohibited Items
a. Flammable materials, biohazards, or contaminated items.
b. Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable valuables.
c. Items requiring unique handling unless we’ve approved them in advance.
d. We may refuse processing or discard items that violate these terms.
10. Disputes & Resolution
a. If something’s not right, let us know! We’ll work to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. In rare cases, unresolved issues may be handled through arbitration under local law.
